Service agreement template

What Magnus asks for

The client, the services to be provided, the fees and payment terms, and the term or duration. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Service agreement card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. Describe the services concretely and state the fees and duration.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • It's a draft, not legal advice - have counsel review before signatures.
  • Spell out what is NOT included; the excluded-scope line prevents most disputes.
  • Generate it right after a won Proposal - the two templates are designed to chain.
