Newsletter template

Newsletters die from blank-page dread, not lack of news. Hand Magnus your topics and audience, and it drafts a complete issue with a subject line worth opening.

What Magnus asks for

The audience, the topics or stories to include, and the call to action. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Newsletter card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. List the stories in rough bullets and name the one action readers should take.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • One call to action per issue - three CTAs convert worse than one.
  • Keep a running note of story ideas in MEMORY and paste it into the topics field each issue.
  • Consistency beats brilliance: a scheduled reminder keeps the cadence honest.
