Cold outreach email template

Cold email works when it reads like it could only have been sent to this one person. Magnus drafts a short, specific note around your offer and your ask.

What Magnus asks for

The recipient, what you're offering, and what you're asking for. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Cold outreach email card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. Describe the offer from the recipient's point of view and keep the ask tiny.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Under 120 words wins - the goal is a reply, not a contract.
  • Personalize the first line per recipient before sending; templates open doors, specifics walk through.
  • No answer? The Follow-up email template is the natural second touch.
