Quarterly OKRs template

OKRs fail as vague wishes and work as measurable commitments. Magnus turns your top objectives into the classic format: bold objective, three measurable key results.

What Magnus asks for

The quarter or period and your top objectives, one per line. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Quarterly OKRs card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. List your objectives as ambitions ('own the SMB segment'), not tasks.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Three objectives is plenty - five means none of them matter.
  • A key result needs a number; 'improve onboarding' is a hope, 'activation to 60%' is a KR.
  • Mirror the OKRs as goals in the GOALS tab so Magnus tracks the quarter with you.
