Customer survey template

Surveys fail when they ask everything and learn nothing. Tell Magnus what you need to find out, and it designs a short question set that gets you there.

What Magnus asks for

The audience, what the survey should find out, and the topics to ask about. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Customer survey card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. State the single decision the answers should feed.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Under ten questions doubles completion; every extra question costs answers.
  • Avoid leading questions - 'How much do you love X?' teaches you nothing.
  • Close with one open question; the quotes you get become marketing material.
