NDA outline template

Before you share the sensitive stuff, put mutual expectations in writing. Magnus drafts a clear NDA outline - parties, what's confidential, purpose of disclosure, and how long it holds.

What Magnus asks for

The other party (name, company), the purpose of the disclosure, and the term or duration. All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the NDA outline card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. Name the other party and describe why information is being shared.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • This is an outline, not legal advice - have a lawyer review it before anyone signs.
  • Be specific about the purpose of disclosure; overly broad NDAs are harder to enforce.
  • Mutual NDAs (both sides bound) are the norm for partnership talks - say so in the purpose field.
