Invoice template

Magnus turns a few details into a complete, professional invoice - grounded in your company profile, so your name, logo, and details land in the right places without retyping them every month.

What Magnus asks for

The client (name, company, address), the line items (description, quantity, rate), and your payment terms or due date. Every field is optional - anything left blank stays a [placeholder] you can fill in later.

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Invoice card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. Fill in what you have: the client, the line items, and the payment terms.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Fill in your company profile (COMPANY tab) once - every invoice after that carries your details automatically.
  • Turn on 'Use logo for documents' to stamp your company logo on the exported PDF and DOCX.
