Magnus on Mac & iPhone

Magnus lives beyond the browser tab: a native Mac app you can download today, an iPhone & iPad app on its way to the App Store, and a home-screen install that works on any device right now.

Magnus for Mac

The Mac app is the full Magnus experience in its own window: the talking hologram, voice, documents, goals, and every integration - plus a Dock icon, Cmd-Tab switching, and native menus. It is a 2 MB shell that loads the live app, so it updates itself with every release and there is never anything to reinstall.

  1. Download Magnus.dmg from getmagnus.co/apple (or the Apps link in the footer).
  2. Open the image and drag Magnus into Applications.
  3. First launch only: right-click the app and choose Open - it is distributed outside the App Store, so macOS asks once.
  4. Sign in as usual - sessions, integrations, and billing work exactly like the browser.
  • Requires macOS 12 or later. Document exports land in your Downloads folder, and the microphone works for voice conversations after you allow it once.

iPhone & iPad

A native iPhone & iPad app is in the works and coming to the App Store. Until it lands, the home-screen install below gives you a full-screen Magnus on iOS today.

Install from any browser

Magnus is an installable web app everywhere: on iPhone and iPad open getmagnus.co in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen; in Chrome or Edge on the desktop click the install icon in the address bar. You get an app icon, a full-screen window, and push notifications where the platform supports them.
