Social media posts template

The same news reads differently on LinkedIn than on X or Instagram. Magnus takes one announcement and writes per-platform versions in each network's native tone.

What Magnus asks for

What is being announced, the audience, and the platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram...). All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Social media posts card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. State the announcement once and list every platform you post on.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Don't cross-post the same text everywhere - that's exactly what this template avoids.
  • Shipping something bigger? Generate the Press release first, then feed it in here.
  • Hooks carry posts: ask Magnus for three alternative first lines per platform.
