Expense report template

Nobody enjoys expense reports, which is the best reason to let Magnus format one. Paste your expenses in any messy form; it returns a categorised, totalled report.

What Magnus asks for

The reporting period and the expenses, one per line (date, category, amount). All optional - blanks stay [placeholders].

Generate it in four clicks

  1. Open FILES from the top navigation and switch to the TEMPLATES tab.
  2. Click the Expense report card - a short form opens listing the details Magnus can use.
  3. Paste the expenses in whatever order you have them - Magnus sorts and totals.
  4. Click Generate. The draft lands in FILES, ready to edit or export as PDF, DOCX, or Markdown.

Tips

  • Keep a running expense note in MEMORY during the month and paste it in at the end.
  • Double-check the totals before submitting - you own the numbers, Magnus owns the formatting.
  • Need spreadsheet output? Ask Magnus in chat to save the table as CSV or XLSX.
