Every turn, Magnus is grounded with your name and location, company profile and mission, active goals with their open tasks, and the memory notes most relevant to what you just said. You control every part of it.
Notable facts from your conversations become memory notes - Magnus proposes them with a small chip you can accept or dismiss, and you can add or delete notes yourself in Profile → DATA. Retrieval is semantic and runs entirely in your browser: notes are matched by meaning, not keywords, and the matching model never sends your notes anywhere.
Notes are encrypted at rest on the server and never shown to the AI wholesale - only the handful relevant to the current message.
