The WORKSPACE panel shows live counts of your files, memory notes, goals and connected services - a one-glance answer to "how much does Magnus know?". Below it, the ACTIVITY panel is a permanent history: every question asked, document saved, goal added or completed, and memory note written, newest first.
The navigation holds FILES, MEMORY, GOALS and CONNECTIONS, plus the notification bell and your agent switcher. The flame chip next to them is your streak. Everything here is keyboard-reachable too - press h for the shortcut overlay or see the keyboard shortcuts guide.
