The PROGRESS hub

Open PROGRESS from the navigation. Four tabs organise everything: active goals, completed goals, items that need your input, and a deleted tab that keeps trashed goals restorable for 30 days.

Adding goals

1. Type a goal into the input (e.g. "Reach $1M ARR by Q4") and press Enter or + Add goal.
2. Or press Generate goals and Magnus proposes goals grounded in your company profile and mission.
3. You can also just tell Magnus "add a goal: launch the beta in March" in chat.
4. Give a goal a deadline and it shows up with due-soon warnings in your briefings.

Tasks and the need-input rule

Magnus breaks goals into tasks and advances them as you work together, ticking off what got done. One hard rule: he never invents real-world data. A task that requires facts only you have - pricing, a contact, a decision - is parked under "need input" and waits for you instead of being hallucinated to completion.

Watching progress

The goals panel shows your reached-goals ring for the day, week, month, quarter, or year, with per-goal progress bars. The MISSION STATUS graph draws your mission at the centre and every goal as a node around it - green when complete. Both open the PROGRESS hub with one click.

• A fresh goal starts at 0% and counts towards the current period only as tasks complete inside it - so a quiet ring after adding goals is normal, not broken.
