Google integration

Connecting Google turns Magnus into a working chief of staff. One OAuth consent unlocks Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Contacts - and with them most of Magnus's proactive features.

What it unlocks

  1. Gmail: read recent mail, draft and send replies, the Inbox Zero screen, auto-triage badges, and follow-up tracking on emails you send.
  2. Calendar: list events, find free slots across up to ten attendees, create events with real invites, pre-meeting briefs, and your agenda in the daily brief and morning briefing email.
  3. Drive: list and find your files so Magnus can reference what you're working on.
  4. Contacts: sync your Google address book into the Magnus contact book.

Scope and control

Magnus asks for read access plus the specific write scopes it uses (sending mail, creating events) - and every send still happens because you asked for it in chat, never on a whim. Disconnect any time from the CONNECTIONS panel; tokens are stored encrypted and refresh automatically.
