Two optional emails keep you informed without opening the app. Both live in the COMPANY tab of your profile, and both stay silent when there's nothing to say.
A daily "your day at a glance" email, sent at the time you choose: today's calendar and inbox (when Google is connected), your active goals, and what Magnus did in the last 24 hours. It's the app's daily brief, delivered to your inbox before you've opened anything.
A summary of what Magnus did - documents saved, goals completed - sent daily or weekly to your account email. Quiet periods send nothing at all, so an empty week never produces an empty email.
