Calendar: scheduling that actually schedules

With Google connected, Magnus is a scheduler, not a suggestion engine. Ask "find a slot with anna@ and raj@ next week" and he checks everyone's real availability - up to ten attendees - and proposes concrete times inside working hours, in your timezone.

From slot to meeting

  1. Ask for slots: Magnus reads free/busy across all attendees and offers up to ten options on a half-hour grid.
  2. Pick one and say "book it" - Magnus creates the event with the attendees on it.
  3. Everyone receives a real calendar invite from your calendar, not a copy-paste suggestion.

Before the meeting

Up to fifteen minutes before each event, Magnus can push you a one-page brief: who you're meeting and what matters, grounded in your goals and history with them. All-day events are sensibly skipped. Your calendar also feeds the morning daily brief and the morning briefing email.

  • Times are always computed in your local timezone - the one thing schedulers most often get wrong.
