github_list_repos
Connect GitHub and Magnus becomes a lightweight project sidekick: it knows your repositories, reads what's open, and files well-written issues so ideas from a conversation land in your tracker instead of getting lost.

github_list_repos
Lists open (or closed, or all) issues for any repository you can access, filtered so pull requests don't clutter the answer.
github_list_issues
Creates a new issue with a title and markdown body in the repo you name. Describe the bug in conversation; Magnus writes it up properly.

Does Magnus see private repositories?
It sees what your GitHub account can see, using your own OAuth token. Nothing is shared with other users, and disconnecting deletes the token.
Can Magnus merge or push code?
No. The GitHub tools are deliberately scoped to listing repos and reading/creating issues - no code-level write access.
