Check the browser's site permissions for the microphone and that the right input device is selected in Settings → VOICE. Voice output on iOS requires one tap in the page first - browsers block audio before any interaction. If the local engine is still warming up, Magnus speaks with a browser voice for the first sentences and switches over seamlessly.
Files over 10 MB or beyond 100 pages hit hard limits. "Not a valid PDF" at attach time means the file's contents aren't actually PDF - commonly a failed download saved as .pdf; re-download the original. After a page reload, previously sent PDFs are name-only - re-attach to keep querying them.
Providers occasionally expand required permissions (Slack DMs did). Disconnect and reconnect the tile - fresh consent fixes almost every integration issue.
