The night shift
Overnight, Magnus quietly prepares your next open task - research, a draft, a starting point - and has it waiting when you open the app in the morning. (Mondays are exempt: that slot belongs to your weekly review.)
Magnus doesn't just respond - he watches for things worth telling you about. The trick is restraint: proactive messages are deliberately scarce, so when one arrives it actually means something.

Occasionally a push notification titled "Magnus noticed" points out a pattern: a goal deadline getting close with several steps still open, two goals due on the same day, three or more people who owe you a reply, or a record week of activity. Each observation fires at most once ever, you get at most one at a time, and there are days of cooldown between them - by design, so they stay surprising rather than becoming noise.
At one month, three months, six months and every year together, Magnus marks the date - with a count of what you've achieved since you started.
