Claude Haiku 6

Claude Haiku 6 is the expected next generation of Anthropic's fast Haiku line - the successor to Haiku 5.5. Expected soon, and Magnus adds it to the model roster the day the API is live.

Status

Expected soon. Anthropic has not announced a release date. Magnus already runs Haiku 5.5 through the same API, so Haiku 6 appears in the model picker automatically once it is generally available.

What to expect

Haiku is Anthropic's fastest, lowest-priced tier, and Haiku 6 is expected to bring the next step in quality at that speed. Benchmarks will be added here when Anthropic publishes them - we do not reprint pre-launch rumors as numbers.

  • Until it lands, Claude Haiku 5.5 (1 credit) is the fastest Claude model on Magnus.

Availability on Magnus

As a Claude model it will run the full toolset - integrations, live web search, native PDF reading - from day one. Credit pricing on the All-inclusive plan will be set from the published API price at launch, and it is the natural upgrade for voice mode and quick-fire agents.

  1. Open Settings and pick Claude as your provider (it is included in your plan).
  2. When Haiku 6 appears in the model picker, select it - existing agents keep their history when you switch models.
  3. Watch What's New and the changelog - every roster addition is announced there.
